3. Shipping Fees
Free shipping within the contiguous 48 U.S. states if you choose Ground/Sea Shipping option. Other countries or regions will see specific fees at checkout.
Air shipping option need to charge extra fees, you will get clear shipping costs when you fill in the address at check out page.
4. Address Change & Incorrect Address
- Address Change
You have 48 hours to change your address for free, after that we will charge you according to the invoice provided by courier company. Please note that we cannot guarantee a successful address change.
The calculation time is no more than 48 hours from the time of your order and to the time your change of address email arrives in our mailbox.
- Incorrect Address
You did not received your package because of incorrect provided address. We will recheck your address and send you a new product. Note that you need to pay for the shipping.
We provide the incorrect address to the courier company or the courier company delivered to the incorrect place. We will re-send you a new product for free, you do not need to pay any costs.
5. Lost & Damaged & Misdelivered Package
We will re-send your product freely for any lost, damaged issues before the package arrives at your doorstep. You do not need pay any costs.
Please record a full unboxing video when you receive your package. Sending this video when you receive your package and find the fixture is damaged, we will re-send you the item after we evaluate it. Learn more about this situation on <Return & Exchange Policy>
6. Delivery Failure
Courier company will attempt to deliver a package one time, but if the package is undeliverable (e.g. no signature can be obtained, wrong address, etc.) then courier company will hold the package at a local facility for a short time before they return the package to us. When this happens, courier company charges us a second time to return the package. We are not responsible for costs related to items returned due to failure to receive delivery.
If this happens, we will contact you to arrange delivery again. If you would like to have the package reshipped, we will email an invoice for the cost of courier company charged to return to sender in addition to the cost to ship it again. Alternatively, if you no longer want the package, then a refund will be issued minus 10% restocking fee to cover all lost shipping and packaging costs. We must receive a response from you within 30 days of an item being sent back to us in order to have the item shipped again or to receive a refund.
7. Tax & Duties
All taxes are included in our prices except the following situation:
For non-US packages, you may be charged customs duty, for which we are usually willing to cover 10-30% customs duty based on the following situations.
- Orders under $300 cover 15%.
- For orders of $300-$800 cover 10%.
- For orders of $800-$2,000 cover 8%.
- For orders between $2000 and $10,000 cover 5%.
- Customers with a history of orders over $20,000 will be covered 25% for each order (if charged with customs duties).
To receive reimbursement for customs duties you need to send us your customs payment slip in the e-mail.
