There is only one situition we do not responsible:
The courier confirm from you to delivery the package, when the courier arrived your doorstep but you do not answer, the courier will put the package on your doorstep and take a photo. Then if you find your package was stolen, we can re-shipment your goods, but you need to pay the shipping costs.
Any other stiuition for stolen we will take full responsibility.
