At LunrLighting we offer convenient, secure, and transparent payment methods. The following terms govern payment, billing, refunds and chargebacks. By placing an order you accept this policy.

  • Digital wallets / fast checkout (if available): Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay

  • Bank transfers or other alternative payment methods are accepted only by prior arrangement with Customer Service.

Currency & Pricing

  • Prices on the site are displayed in USD. If you browse from another country, local display may vary per browser/platform.

  • Applicable taxes, shipping fees and other charges will be added at checkout and will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

Billing & Payment Authorization

  • Orders may require payment authorization or capture after purchase.

  • Temporary holds may appear on your payment method and may be released if an order is cancelled or flagged.

Payment Security

  • We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers; processing is handled by third-party payment providers.

Failed Payments / Order Cancellation

  • Orders not successfully paid will not be processed and may be automatically cancelled.

Refunds & Returns

  • Refunds (for returns, damaged items, or as otherwise required) will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the bank/card issuer.

Taxes & International Payments

  • Pre-orders or custom items may require partial or full advance payment; you will be informed prior to order confirmation.

Gift Cards & Promo Codes

  • Store gift cards and promotional codes are subject to terms and conditions and will be applied at checkout. Refund policies for purchases using gift cards or promo codes may vary.
