For custom lighting fixture inquiries, please send the most detailed drawings or 3D models possible to our email address.
Upon evaluation, we will provide you with a detailed price quotation.
Once you decide to place an order, a 50% deposit of the total order amount will be required.
After production is complete, we will conduct an inspection via photos or videos. Upon your confirmation, the remaining 50% of the order amount will be due, and we will then proceed with shipping your order.
If you require us to create a 3D model for order confirmation, a separate modeling service fee will be charged in advance.
