• When you hear the name Louis Poulsen, you think distinctive modern Danish lighting. From the classic icons of the 1920s to more recent pieces, all Louis Poulsen lighting is created based on a deep-felt respect for architecture, understanding the emotional effect of lighting and the belief that shadow is just as aesthetically important as light. All three aspects manifest themselves in the sculptural layering and comfortable, glare-free light of Louis Poulsen pendants, wall, table and floor lamps.

• The PH 5 Pendant Light from Louis Poulsen was Introduced by Poul Henningsen in 1958 as a classic new product. It would eventually become synonymous with the PH brand. • Glossy lacquered surfaces in specific: The glossy lacquered surfaces should be maintained with a suitable polish in order to prevent deterioration and drying. The polish agent may not contain any sort - of abrasives. The polish must be applied according to the supplier’s instructions using a very softcloth (microfiber).
• Avoid any contact between the polish and the matt lacquered surfaces of the product.
